xvid to svcd using dvd2svcd

I have an xvid file, and i used dvd2svcd to encode it with CCE 4 pass bitrate. When it is done encoding , muxing , cutting, etc.. the output (mpg) is in slow motion. Any1 know what is wrong?

You pose this question giving us ridiculously few details. What program did you use, what was your setup... You get the idea what I mean. People can't read your mind, so you cannot expect them to give helpful answers if you ask like that.
