What im trying to do is convert a NTSC SVCD(which is near dvd quality) to a PAL DVD. im using dvd2avi, tmpencoder, and maestro. For the audio im using BESweet, but when i convert the audio from 29.970 to 25 frames, the audio is longer, whilst if i do 23.976 - 25 frames, its too short, so what conversion must i do. The video i have had no problem with converting a it is now pal compliant.
