vcd->dvd sync issues- please help!

hi all,

i have some vcds im putting on dvdr.but the audio is not sync after i split and convert it to 48khz.in spruce up it goes out sync, as well as the muxed vobs.

the original mpg is fine.....how can i fix this ?

Are they TV rips?
