Burnt an episode of BTVS onto Cd (I thought), tried to open it in PowerDVD 4, but got this message "Error code: 00002711 Unable to load file --*.IMP" Anyone any ideas?

ok the only thing that immediately appears to me is that you use a really outdated DVD2SVCD version!
the current version is 1.1.3 build 2

oh and please :logfile: :)

oh and with guide i meant that i expected you were using some kind of guide (most likely one from doom9) - but obviously you weren't

the settings you used in DVD2SVCD will appear when you post your logfile!

When you used Nero to burn the file, did you go File-Burn Image, or did you do it some other way? I always use Nero to burn and have never had a problem.

And did you test the Bin-Cue with Daemon Tools and PowerDVD before burning, to make sure it was OK?

does powerdvd 4 have automatic play for svcd?, i know it didn't for powerdvd 3, i had to play it as a file for it to work.

yes it does. you can just select the cd drive where the SVCd is in and it plays it flawelessly. it doesn't seem to let me change audio streams though!
