Guides For Converting Mpeg1, VCD, DV to DVD With CCE

I'm very familiar with DVD to DVD using CCE, but now i'm trying to convert mpeg1 from vcr tapes to DVD and DV captures to DVD. Can someone link me some tutorials, thanks.
