Hi.. I'm working on some eps, but they have broken frames. I gonna replace those frames with the frame before or after! But to do that, I need to know which frame are broken. I've used virtualdubmod to scroll trought the episode, but it goes to slow! Adobe premiere works perfect, but it doesn't display the framenumber. Does anyone knows a program that works!

use any player, with ffdshow. in ffdshow configuration, check OSD, and make sure that 'current frame' is selected.
if you want to playback faster, to find those broken frames (as fast as your cpu can playback), you could use zoom player, which has a configurable playback speed.
ps.
in vdub[/mod], you can hold the ctrl key and drag the slider, to jump only through keyframes. it's MUCH faster and responsive.

VirtualDubMod has an option to automaticaly scan though an AVI and autodetect any bad frames. It even has options to delete them. This might save you a lot of trouble.

I notice the slider in vdub jumps about 20 to 30 frames at a time? How can I change it so it's 1 frame at a time. I'm trying to take snapshots of videos and would like precision. Thank you.
