I need to extract the dts audio track from a DVD and split it in two parts. There's a way?

maybe dvd2avi 1.77.x and cut it directly there

use Smartripper, and extract the dts audio with only half the chapters selected (check Enable Stream Processing and just leave the DTS track checked), this will give you one big dts file if in the options you turn off the file size limit (default is 1GB but if I remember correctly it splits the file for every vob it goes through, so just change it to none to be sure).
If it gives you multiple files you can add them in Scenarist using the Add>Multifile data command with the data tab selected.
