View Full Version : Problems with CCE and Avisynth 2.5.1 .avs files

I have been working on this on and off for a few weeks trying to get CCE to open .avs files created with Avisynth 2.5.1. I always give up and just reinstall 2.0.8 and then the problems go away. I just spent the last few hours trying the many suggestions I found in the search and still it's a no go. The files open up in Virtual Dub and WMP, but as soon as I drag and drop them into CCE 2.5, 2.64, or 2.66, CCE immediately crashes and goes away. I can't even add an .avs file any more. All I've done is modified my simple and basic 2.0.8 script to reflect plugins that are now for 2.5.1.

I figure I need to move up to 2.5.1 some day, but I can't seem to get over this little problem. I've added the audio.avsi file and AddAudio() to my script. I'm just going batty!

Nothing is overclocked on my system either. Hmmm...back to 2.0.8 until I can solve this.

Thanks.

see if you have warpsharp.dll and loadpluginex.dll (forget the exact name)in your plugin directory. If so, that is what it is.

Thanks a ton. I must have over-looked that post because as soon as I removed that file, then it worked fine. Doh!

I guess I can start playing around with 2.5.1 now. I'm guessing my results should be the same as before, but possibly faster!
