Chopper XP update

Just a notice that the version of Chopper XP on this site is outdated. I did contact doom9 to update the file (but still hasn't). So within that time you can download it from

It features siginificant improvements from the previous version.

yeah,,,doom9 is a little slow on updating software
I would always go to the author site to download
Doom9 needs to be more up to date, just a thought
