DvdShrink error

Question from a new-B

I am trying to back up DVD with 7GB of main movie. To fit it to DVD5 using Re-encode option. I am getting error message

Unhandled exception: OnFileIdle
The reason is: Unknown

and then crash. This happens when compression reaches at 0.27GB consistently.

My machine is DELL-4550 2.5Ghz 30 GB hard disk and 256MB RAM.
DVD Drive is NEC DVD +R/RW
OS : windows XP-Home

Any ideas why is this happening ?
All suggestion will be of great help.

PS : I ran memory test on my machine and All the tests passed

Update : It may be the DVD title. I tried another and that one worked.

Try to re-rip
then try again
this should fix the problem
it has happened to me once

I tried ripping title many times, No Luck, any other clues ?
