Hi-

GSpot (http://www.doom9.org/Soft21/Editing/gspot22.zip) will tell you what kind of video files they are. You didn't say what you wanted to convert them to, or what they are, so no one can help you there yet. And for converting them into a form you can use for DVD burning, then you'll need a Guide (http://www.doom9.org/conversionguides.htm).

And you're real close to breaking a Rule (http://forum.doom9.org/forum-rules.htm) that prohibits discussion of downloaded files, so please try and be more careful in the future.
