I created a menu with 4 buttons in one picture and I used a subpicture with 4 black squares to hidden the buttons (100% alpha when not selected and 0% when selected) The problem is when I press the button and the subpicture disappears and show the 4 buttons of my picture before goes to PGC. Anyone knows how can I do to fix this?

I don't think you can, it's just what happens when you activate a menu. It's more obvious when you are using an inverse overlay, but I've seen the same thing happen of mainstream DVDs.
