I encoded Minority Report into Divx 5 without audio through GKnot, the file plays perfectly on it's own but whenever I mux the ogg soundtrack into it I am unable to seek within the first half-hour I've used Zoom Player 3 and WMP8, I muxed it both with OggMux and VDubMod and the result is the same. I seperated the files into 700MB segments when using OggMux and each one played perfectly on its own, but when I compiled them the same problem re-appeared. Does anyone know what the problem is?
Thanks,

I think I'm currently having a similar problem. I've made an ogg audio track with OggMachine and DivXed the video with GKnot. Both the AVI without the audio, and the ogg audio file play fine seperately in WMP and Winamp respectively. But when I mux them together with OggMux, I get problems. In WMP it either crashes or the audio will play and the video gets stuck on the first frame, and in DivX Player 2.1 the sound plays with no video.
I have got the latest DSfilters installed. I'm doing some testing at the moment to try and fix the problem. I'll probably post a question in the next few days (probably under "new formats" forum) if I can't sort it out.
I've never had problems with ogms before. It's only the movies I've encoded in the last week. They also don't work on my mates PC. All my old Ogm DivXs work fine.

I reinstalled the new GKnot and 5.05pro again and started from scratch ripping and encoding a couple of movies. Now it seems to work. I don't know why but I think my problem might have been because I was encoding a movie with the new Gknot using VOBs which were ripped with the older Gknot.
Then again the movies which didn't work before also seem to work now so maybe it was just a badly installed codec.
