MP3s on DVD-R in car stereo

Hey,


Just curious if anyone makes a car stereo that will read data off of a DVD-R. I am dying to get rid of my car cd changer, and rip all of my cds onto just one DVD-R as MP3s. Is there such a thing, or do we have a time frame for a head unit that will support DVD-R's with MP3s on them?

Don't think that's possible yet, but with DVD players becoming more and more available for car use I wouldn't be surprised if we'll see such unit in the near future. HD based players are already available.
