i can watch the movie but cant hear any sound its a avi\divx or xvid not sure how do i get sound to work?

have you installed the audio codec.

i think you can use virtauldub, to find what kind of codec the audi-line has.

and another thing; there is an audio forum on doom9 too.

don't use any names of movies in the future.
