Perspective Fixing (filter needed)

I have an original from a camera in a e.g. cinema. The camera will, typically, be too low in front of the screen, thus we get wide top, and not-so-wide bottom.

I wondered if there exist a filter for this purpose.

ffdshow can do this for you at playback time. But I'd be careful with screenshots like that if I were you. You might wanna be quick before you get struck or anything.
