Can't drag in timeline in powerdvd.(movie author by scenarist)

This is the first time that I use scenarist to make my dvd movie. when finished I test it in my powerdvd player, every think work fine but I can't drag in the timeline, the movie just view "second by second" and I can't skip one second! How can I fix this situation?
