No VOBID needed apparently?

I'm doing a movie (Comedian R1 NTSC) that has the 15 frame layer breaks in each PGC, and there is a chapter point there. However after running it through DIF4U, RA, and DCCE4U, it comes out wrong. It says in Trilights guide to just add a blank chapter point at the end, but if you add that to the chapter points that are already there it makes it 3 chapters instead of 2 and IFOUpdate doesn't like that at all. IFOUpdate doesn't complain when I leave it be, and this is what I get:

What happened to all those missing frames? I tried this with and without RA. Didn't really change any settings from the defaults that I can think of. The movie works in software player but I don't want something messing up in the standalone player.

AFAIK with the recent version of RA you don't need to add this manually, 'cause RA seems to take care of these small chapters with only a couple of frames and adds them by itself.

Only thing I was wondering, it didn't add chapters with the appropriate Framecount, always 2 or 3 frames less than in the original, but it worked all fine in my standalone, too (Pio 444).

Someone plz correct me, if I'm wrong.

Well, I only used RA for the Authoring part after failing to reproduce a similar IFO without RA. I just opened the dir in RA and hit Author It, and it gave me a similar IFO after compiling and IFOUpdating. The chapter points were there both times, with and without RA.
