Subtitle Problem - Treasure Planet

I strippet with ifoedit video, subtitle and audio tracks

but when i insert in dvd player the disc, i have this problem:
the ENGLISH subtitle start ON by default....

I want to disable the subttile stream by default...any idea ?

In fact, I have no idea with that. But I have one question, how can you set the subtitle default on?? I try to do that times, but never done it well!

I have had this problem on a Revoy dvdplayer. The player plays with copies the english subtitles altough I stripped this title and had only dutch subtitles. Maybe you got a Revoy?:D
