Is there a Programm that can cut an Mpeg 2 Video File with multiple audio tracks without multiplexing them first?
This is a problem because I download ts streams from my DVB Receiver, then I have to demultiplex the Stream, multipelx it again so that I can cut it, and demultiplex it again because my DVD authoring programm needs unmultiplexed files.
Does anybody know such a program?
