I am wondering how can I do that myself. Sometimes I don't want to demux there in m2v or ac3, I need subtitle only. How can I do that??
Thank all!

DIF4U uses a command-line verserion of subrip. All you should have to do is download the standard version of subrip, or vobsub, or a another one of the subripping softwares that are avaiable out there.

Vobsub will do the job of ripping the subs. Then you'll get an idx and a sub file. Use subrip to extract subs (bmp files) from the idx file vobsub created (just use the idx file as source instead of a ifo file). Look for a guide on this part here in Doom9, I think "Das uberguide" from Trilight covers this aspect, and also another guide about "DVD9 to DVD5 full copy". Use the search button cause I can't remember exactly the names of the guides (too lazy to search myself :D )

Good luck

or you can do what i do - while DIF4U is running, go into task manager and end dvd decrypter's process and the sub ripping starts.
pretty easy really :D

Alternatively, you can run vsrip.exe from DoItFast4U's install folder and then point it at your DVD's (preferrably a mounted ISO) VIDEO_TS folder.
