I have uploaded an updated file and manual.

Changes include:
A couple of the Filter (main and pop-up) Menu items did not point at anything. I erroneously left in Blend and iConv as parameters for the YV12 version of MPEG2Dec3. The latest AVISynth builds correct the Trim count error so the option for correcting this has been removed. Used to be able to copy lines of text just from the "Standard" generated script view. Can now also copy from Source, Target, and Target Save views. When loading a filter chain, the video window is only refreshed at the end rather than when each line is added. View..Video Window added. Before, though the video window could be brought back if closed by doing a Refresh Source, this may not have been entirely obvious. User Text window now sports open and save buttons. It is also potentially a bit narrower so that it is easier to keep it open for those that want to use it for doing scripting.
