Files are being renamed mpv.m2v even on a PAL disc

I was using DoCCE4U version 1.0.0.7 and everything seemed fine. I've now upgraded to the latest version, and when the encoding process starts, the file output ends in mpv.m2v rather than just .mpv which is should be.

Now I know that when you run pulldown this occurs, but I've tried it with 2 PAL discs and the same has happened. I'm sure I've used this new version once ror twice before this started happening.
It seems to confuse ReAuthorist a little.

Has anyone got any suggestions?

So, as I am a PAL user, should I just rename them to .mpv, using a batch file?

Which file will ReAuthorist tell Scenarist to look for?

Is there something that tells DoCCE4U that it should run pulldown on it?
I'm sure this has only happened in the last couple of versions.
