I'm considering two options:
1. Frameserve to Premiere with an AVS script that has Telecide, Decimate and resize filters. Edit the material and then frameserve to CCE.
2. Edit the material in Premiere. Frameserve from Premiere and use that as the source in an AVS script with the same filters in 1. Open the AVS script in CCE.
I'm thinking that it would be better to edit decimated frames then decimate edited frames. But since I'm new to this I want to see if there's some other consideration that I'm missing.
