That's exactly your problem. Your VIDEO_TS.IFO file is not acceptable by IFOupdate. It accepts only Title set IFOs (VTS_*_0.IFO). IFOupdates basically updates chapters times in a PGC Title in your original IFO with your authored one. Your Video Manager doesn't contain PGC Titles.

By the way Billbox, you should set your "Pop up a box when you receive a Private Message?" in your user cp Edit Options to yes for future real time messages. You can always turn them off if it gets to be a nuisance but I doubt it will. Well, I tried.:(
