Hi,
I think i saw someone address this issue once (address it as in they had the same problem), but didn't see any sort of resolution to it.
When I do a custom back up of the main movie file (without any compression) and choose to save all the audio and subtitles, the movie plays fine, but the subtitles are always on (the English subtitles by default) and I can't get them to turn off by pushing the subtitles button. If I uncheck the subtitles and leave all the audio tracks checked, it seems to work fine as well, but then I don't have subtitles.
Has anyone else had this issue and is there a solution that will allow me to keep my subtitles without having them to be constantly on?
