I have such a local build too (and spread it on our xvid channel) - we're still testing (it looks very promising, this rate-distortion based VHQ mode of sysKin... but, we don't know the real final results except for now PSNR increases, at higher quants the filesize shrinks[compared to the "old" VHQ], at lower quants it very slightly raises[as well compared to the "old" VHQ]).

There is no need to announce insta-builds. It's kinda useless as you can have 5 builds a day.
