Resize mpeg file

Hi guys,

is it possible to resize a mpeg file to the standards of an svcd?

Maybe u can tell me what prog I need?!

Tmpegenc plus allows you to transform Mpeg 1 files to SVCD compliant MPEG 2 files.

I think the normal version allows that too but only for a 30 day trial period.

AFAIK CCE does that too but I've never used it:(
