Authoring without reencoding?

I'm using CCE for encoding. Could somebody tell me which authoring softwares can handle external encoding? As far as I know MovieFactory has the possibility to keep MPEG stream as it is. Are there others?

All the true authoring programs accept encoded video. In fact, authoring has nothing to do with encoding, just the consumer oriented programs combine the two processes.
DVDMaestro, Scenarist, and DVDLab (although it reportedly has problems).

THX. I have found DVDarchitect which is easy to use and not forcing reencoding.
