Changing the ratio [Archive]

Almost all the divx movies I author in Videostudio 7 have the wrong aspect ratio. The figures are elongated. I don't know how to change this and Ulead is no help at all.
If I use NeoDVD or Easy Creator 6, I don't have this problem so it's not the divx movie.
I hope someone can help me.

I'm not sure where your post belongs, or I'd move it for you. But this forum is about DVD authoring, not DIVX.

Sorry but although it is concerning a dvix avi file, my question is about Videostudio 7 and how to work with it.

Sorry, I misunderstood the question. I found this using a search on the Ulead forum http://news.ulead.com:8080/read?38065,59

So, it appears it does not set 16:9, you'll have to do that with IfoEdit. It's not very difficult.

Thanks, I'll give it a try. One would think that VideoStudio would give you a choice. It also appears DVD Workshop does not either.
