i can'nt put avi movie onto a cdr disc could someone tell me the way it's done

i have tryed many programs that this site has sugested but i have no luck either the film is upside down or the audio is not right so i am begging with bended knee please help

What is it exactly what you are trying to do?
Why did you post in the CCE-forum? Are you trying to create a vcd or SVCD?
What is wrong with the audio?
When starts your picture to be upside down?
Do you only want help with burning an avi to a cd?
Which programs did you use, for what purpose?
