MPEG4 file with 2 audio tracks

It can be created, but I cannot play it.
3Vix direct show filter crashes when trying to play such a file, WMP can play it sometimes (with Envivio plug-in), but the 1st track only... Morgan stream switcher seems that does not see any more tracks except 1st.

Does anybody was able to play both tracks ?

I tried that as well. I didn't manage to play such a file. I think I got Quicktime Pro to play both soundtracks at a time (not switchable). So I gave up pretty fast.

Morgan Stream Switcher is only for 2 audio streams in AVI... which you shouldn't be doing anyway. =p

You may also need it for 2x Audio in Matroska container. And it's open source now.
