hi all,
excuse this posting in this forum, because i don't think there is a ok forum to post i decided to post it here, if the admin wants this post to be moved ... just do it!
well, my problem is simple, :), after installing/un-installing/re-installing, avisynth 2.0x, 2.x, divx 5.02, 5.04, ffdshow, 5.05, xvid, etc ... simply some videos don't play well ...
gspot tells me the codecs are ok, but the videos don't display (some movies), i tried zoomplayer, mediaplayer 6.x, classic media player, cystal player (very good/slim player)
i guess my windows 98 se has the video/media and directx configuration very messed-up,
i want to reset/refresh this configuration, is there a way to do it, without re-installing windows?
i already :
1) un-installed divx,ffdshow,quicktime,realvideo,xvid, avisynth
2) reinstalled everything
(maybe i needed to uninstall directx 9 ?? and reinstall it?)
but the problem persist
