Audio sync is off

I tried the SVCD template and didn't have any sync problems. Then I tweaked some settings and now the sync is slightly off. The only thing I can think of that might be the cause is setting DC Component Precision to 10 bits. Could that affect the sync?

I also changed Motion Search Precision from Normal to High.

Try to de-multiplex the videofile and then multiplex it again - don't forget the right stream-type, don't use automatic.

I think ive goosed my mates copy up by tweaking some setting myself mate! Any idea on how to revert them back to default?

Are u guys aware you can adjust your synch in the "Source Range"? I'd make my adjustments in 200MSec amounts until I got it lined up. (+ if audio behind lip movement...- if before). Render until you pass an area of lip movement, abort and check the results.
