Change aspect ratio give problem to subtitle

I just have found that whenever i tried to change the movie
aspect ratio with ifoedit 0.95 (don't check the older)
it effect the subtitles...

If there are more then one subtitle, all the
subtitles have the same ID as the first one...

And it effect the playback & player only show the first
subtitle only even I select the 2nd or 3rd or so on...
