Like to know is there a size limitation one should be aware of when making a dvd->cdrom rip/burn.
For instance I have a movie that is 1:56:00 and this fit on one CD. Now I have a movie that's 2:34:21 will this too fit on one CD or should I be looking at splitting this into two (2) CD's?
Thanks

Don't get hung up on the length of your content. That is only one of many factors.
Instead, 1) follow Doom9's guide, and 2) conduct compressibility check(s) as Killingspree recommended in your last thread.
Doom9's guide (and Gknot, which I hope you are using, but I cannot tell) have recommended starting points for bits/pixel*frame. Use that value to determine an appropriate resolution / number of CDs. Then conduct your first compressibility check. At that point, use the % returned by the check for future decisions on resolution/CDs.
If you make a change that affects compressibility, such as changing resizing methodology, run a test again.
