What's your favorite drink?

You can probably tell about a person on what alcohol beverage/mix concoction they drink. So if you do, what's your favorite?

If I drink beer, it's gotta be dark. I prefer Samual Adams.
If I have a mixed drink, I'll most likely have a Raspberry Iced Tea. It's like a Long Island iced tea but Chambor is substituted for the raspberry flavor instead of coke.

Remember now...if you drink alone, you got problems.;)

Screwdrivers, white russians, straight vodka shots, shots of jager, shots of goldschlauger.

There's a local place that also makes a good rasberry lemonade, its some sort of lemonade concoction with rasberry twist smirnoff for the rasberry portion.

Okay...but I thought this was like an off-topic forum. The description on the home page says "Everything that does not match one of the other categories". I searched high and low for a rule governing what "actually" suppose to be in here. There's no sticky thread and don't see anything in the forum rules that would result in any kind of violation.

I like to peek in this forum now and then for interesting topics to put my 2 cents just to get me out of my daily DVD backup rituals and replying in other forums. I guess what I thought was an innocent interesting fun topic to post turns out to be a sensitive, negative one to another. But that's just personal opinion. But coming from a Moderator, I guess I have to "follow the rules" in this General Discussion forum. But, it sure takes the fun out of this community outside of everyday seriousness.:( Does it mean we still have to talk about video related stuff in here too? Man, I need a drink now...

for mixed drinks: especially like Gin Tonic and Vodka Lemon ... don't have the money for expensive bar mixtures... oh almost forgot straight shots of Tequilla with lemon and salt are one of my favourits too (:

I'll have an occasional light beer, soda, or water, but by a ratio of at least 100:1 I mostly drink black coffee.

It's ok to have "fun" threads here, but not too much :) . Like Koepi said, we had a problems a few weeks ago when every single posting in GD was a "fun" thread... It would be nice if there would be a balance between the fun topics, the news in the video scene etc. and other related topics that cannot be put in any other forum.

And that's the main problem finding balance, ok, now I gonna stop...

lol yeah its really nice ;) Vodka and apple juice , now that sounds nice. never tried this myself but I make it for others , i call it the hairy maiden (double brandy , tia maria , bailies , perno , loads of ice and milk in a pint glass topped with cream and a straw ;) patent pending ;)

vodka with apple juice is one of the deadliest mixes i've ever known! it's completely killed me once! why? because if you mix it the right (wrong) way it tastes completely the same as normal apple juice, no sign of alcohol in it. has different consequences though :-P
don't know what it did to me really though because all i remembered is going downstairs to get a bottle of juice... next thing is waking up in the morning with the worst hangover i've ever had...

I prefer Weißbier (a zünftig Maß Bier)
But as I live in germany, where you can get the best beer of the world i'm also satisfied with Bitburger or Früh Kölsch.
I normally drink a LOT of beer but as something with more "Umdrehungen" pure Tequilla or Jägermeister also does it's Job.

For a CRAZY A** drink, try vodka-redbull. Chilled, in proportion 1:2 or thereabouts. Pheew! Kansas is going bye-bye :D :D

Daily - beer of course - Budweiser (but czech :D :D not US version).

Do you know "strudel"?? You need 0,05 l of Calvados, 1 coffee spoon of sugar, 0,1 l of apple juice and cinnamon. Then you need long and relatively high bar table. So ready to begin??? OK.

Stand back to the bar table, lay your head on the table and open your mouth. Now someone has to fill your mouth with Calvados, add sugar and slowly addind apple juice. When your mouth is full, add some cinnamon, close your mouth tight, start shaking your head and muxing the strudel in your mouth and finally drink it out. Most people are not able to finish it properly because of choking/smiling/etc. but it tastes GREAT!!!!

It's why I sleep the least of all the people on lanparties :D. I need at least 1 a day or I go around the house chanting "red bull" in a delirious way.
