vfwwdm wrapper

Please help if you can . It seems as though until I installed a vfwwdm wrapper I could capture avi using freevcr/huffyuv with excellent results . Now whne I try to capture in avi I get crappy looking video with tons of interlaceing weather I use vdub or freevcr or dvd workshop Captures straight to mpeg2with dvd workshop look much much better . Can someone please make some sugesstions as to why I cant capture in avi anymore . I have a feeling its the wrapper . Thanks

Hm...

were you able to cap without installing the wrapper ? Why did you install it ? What about the preview/overlay in VDub. Do you see these strange things there ? Or just in the resulting file ?

BTW: Next time please just post one thread including all your probs (if possible). It is much more easy to have the overview then and to help you.
