How do i burn a video with nero that has the subtitles on

fx i have a movie (lotr2?) that i want to burn but i also want the subtitles on when i watch it on my dvd




i would also like to know how to get a 2 hour movie (in 1 part)
burned to be able to watch on a dvd (splitting?????)
