DVDShrink to HD to DVD again

Applogies if this is elsewhere but I have actually looked. I have successfully ripped with DVDShrink to my HD. Now I want to move it back to a DVD to play on my DVD player. My Authoring tools (MYDVD) do not allow me to access the ripped files. I tried copying to the disk directly but that doesn't pay in my stand alone DVD player.

What am I missing?
