dvddecrypter File mode works ISO doesn't

When I decrypt all files in file mode, it works very well.
When I try ISO mode in order to eliminate Chapter1 of my dvd movie, it doesn't work.
What is the trick to the ISO mode?

ISO mode is an exact copy of the original dvd. Its not going to remove any chapters for you.
