First IVTC with Decomb ---:confused: Not work well:confused:

How to set the parameter of Decomb to make Decomb work perfect ??

Your VOB is interlaced video. It is not progressive content, so you cannot apply IVTC! Furthermore, it has the dreaded blended fields, although not so terribly. The best you can do is to simply deinterlace it with blend mode:

FieldDeinterlace(dthreshold=9,blend=true)

(I strongly suggest that you return to fundamentals, as applying IVTC to non-progressive content suggests you haven't done your homework. Here's your first remedial question: How do you tell if a clip has progressive content?)
