dvddecrypter removing warning

Using File mode I would like to eliminate file VTS_TS.VOB, which contains movie previews and the FBI Warning.
When I highight all files except VTS_TS.VOB, I still end up with that file being included in the VIDEO_TS, (no doubt unencrypted).Thus it will still be included on the burned DVD.
Am I using the wrong mode. Can you point me to some instructions about the removal of unwanted files?

use ifo mode in dvddecypter and select the chapter/audio you want to extract, usually the first two chapters in a movie are, fbi warning and company intro logo, everything else should be the movie; ifo mode is the easier way to find easter eggs.
