Where can I find the Dust5 plugin?

Supposedly the Dust post by the author has a link to it, but I've checked the post several times in the last week and I don't see it.

I found Dust4 at another site but I would like to get v5.

But I've looked through the thread and I can't see any attachment at all. I know I downloaded it from a thread in this forum a while ago.

I've ben searching crazy all day, and almost went bizerk.. next time,
