Movie length less than original

I am trying to do the movie Bandits. The problem is that I have demuxed the video to a .m2v file with DVD Decrypter. When I put it in DVD Maestro, it says the movie is only 1:27 and the movie is 2:02. I have done this several different ways and still cannot get it to work right. Anyone seen this problem? I have already backup about 280 DVDs and this is the first one that has given me this problem. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

First of all I'd check the main movies IFO file in IFOedit and see if the movie has any weird characteristics - check VOB IDs are in the normal order and that the total time is reported as 2h.

As long as all is normal you need to use IFO mode in DVD Decrypter and just choose the right PGC. If the are any abnormalities you will need to rip by VOB ID - I have only ever tried this once and the result was a watchable movie minus the ability to FF and RW.

Have you tried demuxing with IFOedit or other software?

Well after trying it several times, I finally got it to work. For some reason it was stopping on the layer break. I set DVD Decrypter to break the files up via layers and it worked fine. Thanks.
