MV log file. To use or not use?

I use DivX 5.05. Should I use MV log files. Does it improve quality of my encoded films?

MV re-use is currently disabled (see this (http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?s=&threadid=51480) sticky).

This setting does not increase quality, it increases the speed of a 2-pass encode by re-using Motion Estimation calculations done in the 1st pass for the 2nd pass (in other words, not checking this setting will make the codec perform these calculations twice).
