Easy way to delete vob sets?

Hi

I got The Cell, and i can see that the last vob (VTS_05_1.VOB) only contains the warnings, and 10 second of some film company, so I would just want to totaly remove it...

But would it be possible to have a very small vob file, with 1 second of black screen or something, and simply replace it with that one ... that would be very easy, and the DVD should still work...

Is it possible ?...

i could make the vob file with DVDShrink...

Well, what my question was realy about, was if you could just replace the file with a small one, becourse that guide is 2 pages, so if my method works as well, i would prefer that!

the guides are for different scenarios

this is the guide I normally use for a trailer with one VOB ID removal HERE (http://www.deano.dsl.pipex.com/backup/ifoedit.htm)

but if it has two VOB ID's and the 2nd is 0.xx sec's long that's even simpler and shown in this guide HERE (http://www.deano.dsl.pipex.com/backup/ifoedit4.htm)

if it's a single PGC then these two options will be fine

if it's a multiple PGC then you use a combination of the two guides. First you strip all the VOB ID's out then recreate the PGC's afterwards maintaining the DVD Structure

you just use whichever guide that suits what you wanna do

the guides are long so that the basic of users can follow them, once they do it a few times they don't normally need the guides afterwards and just refer to them if needed :)

The answer is no, you can not only replace the vob by a smaller one you will need to modify the corresponding IFO file belonging to the vob as well. See guides of mackemX, looks complicated but after doing it few times it is really easy and fast. And moreover you will get a modified DVD which will play on standalone DVD playerwithout a problem.
