Dear LIGHTNING UK!,

now that the SmartRipper sources are open (and those from DVD2AVI are for quite a long time already, if I'm not wrong), do you think it would be possible for you to add the functionality to DVD Decrypter to create a MPEG2DEC compatible d2v file while ripping the DVD content? Many people would probably call it at least "time saving"...

I'd thank you forward for trying.

Maybe, if I get bored one day. :)

I'd rather see you invest your time into writing VIDEO_TS directories ;) smartrippers d2v output was pretty much useless, especially for non PAL users.

Hi,
this would be a great feature for XviD fans to skip
processing all VOB files again with DVD2AVI. The
audio part works great with demuxing with DVD Decrypter
or using VOB input with BeSweet

@ Dolemite:

Thank you for support! ;) In my opinion, it shall not be too hard, but instead timesaving.

I'd second this, if you mean make DVDDecrypter take a VIDEO_TS directory and burn a DVD with it (i.e. Drag and Drop).
