Hi!
I used to do my video "editing" with Virtualdub and I was very pleased with the temporal smoother. No I have a digital tv card, and all my recordings are in mpeg2, so I switched to avisynth because it is much faster than virtualdub. But now I have tried various temporal smoother and they did not work as good as the virtualdub one. I set the virtualdub filter to 4 or 5 and the noise is gone, but the motion is not blurred. But now with avisynth 2.5, every smoother I tried blurs the motion or there is still noise left (perhaps because I did not know what all the options are for). Is there a way to use a temporal smoother in yu12 in avisynth that gives the results like virtualdub?
Thanks
