Divx to DVD (more than 1 movie per DVD)

Hi,

wondering if any one can help me. I have a bunch of DivX movies that I want to turn into DVDs (standalone players compatible).

I can turn 1 divx movie into DVD format no problem (Using Easy CD Creator 6 - DVD Builder). The problem I am having is there is room on the DVD for 2 movies. But no matter what I do, it just wont work.

DVD Builder just craps out, saying files too big (when they are not, file size total 3.9G )

I got some of the way using Spruce up DVD, made the the two films into indivdual .iso files, "ripped" them using smart ripper. This is where Spruce Up dvd craps out, it will import the the two ripped movies, but NOT the sound (as the ripped movies do not make AC3 files).

Smart ripper calles them "vts_02_([0xC0]_Audio_Not_Specified_MPEG1(2Ch)_48kHz_16bit__)_Delay_0ms.mp2".

Is there Any way of doing this? I want to have a menu as well so I can select which movie to play.

I have searched the net and can find only how to convert 1 movie per DVD, but its such a waste and DVD+R media is still expensive.

Any suggestions?

try here http://www.svcd2dvdmpg.com/SVCD2DVDMPG/Guides/Maestro/ i am having the same trouble :( i can do it in tmpgenc but CCE is so damn fast! Take about 1hour in CCE and about 4 hours in tmpgenc. that guide seems to work fine :D to get the other software search google.com .

Use the CCE guide to convert the divx file first then use the link given to make the menus.
